The harvest on the farm is done by hand, over a cloth, with the help of machinery of harvest, and the coffee is transported, washed and pulped for drying, which is done mainly on patios and, if necessary, it is complemented with the use of driers. The property possess a proper infra-structure for the coffee processing, which is stored in wooden storehouses and rests for at least 30 days while waits for the processing in the machinery installed on the farm since the 50th decade.

The Água Limpa Farm is part of the Vale da Grama Association, whose agronomist Mr. Marco Antônio Della Torre supervises the practices and management of the crops.
