| History
I have born in year 1966 in the Zarzal village,
municipality of Patía ( Cauca ). I have been a coffee grower since 1986.
I started with 4500 trees. I have the support of my entire family in the
farm (wife and 5 children).
Environmental Care
The farm is 100% semishade grown. There is plenty of
plantain trees in the crops. We also have an ecological wet milling
process and a parabolic sun drier.
Coffee Processing Information
The fertilization is done twice a year with chemical
products and also with organic products according to soil analysis. For
broca we have cultural control (Re-Re).
