| History
I was born in the Getzen village; I come from a
coffee growers family. 25 years ago I bought the farm Los Andes and I
started with the crops of Caturra variety. I've been focuses in the
production of quality coffee.
Environmental Care
We use to take care of the natural forests we have in
the farm, as well as the water sources. We look for not contaminating
the water with wastes of any kind. We really love the nature, so we
protect our soils, and we don't cut the native trees.
Coffee Processing Information
We only pick the ripe and healthy beans. Cherries are
depulped without using water. Fermentation process takes around 16
hours, then we wash with fresh water and drying process is done in
parabolic devices.
