| History
I am a woman who was born and grew up in the middle
of coffee trees. My husband is also a coffee grower per tradition. I
have three sons. I'm bought the farm three years ago from another grower
of the region. I have two water sources in the farm, which is a valley
between two mountains.
Environmental Care
As there are two water sources in the farm, I take
special control of them, reforesting with native trees in their borders.
Coffee Processing Information
I use the pulp of the coffee as an organic fertilizer
as well as chemical products twice per year. The main crop is between
May and July. Broca control is cultural (Re-Re).
