| History
I am a traditional coffee grower from the region I
come from. I have about 20 years working with coffee. I am married and I
have 3 children. My farm is located between two mountains and it is
close to the boundary with the department of Huila.
Environmental Care
I love taking care of the natural source of fresh
water since I take the water for domestic consumption from there. I also
used the pulp as a fertilizer.
Coffee Processing Information
Chemical fertilization at ratio of 150 grams per
tree. I do a cultural control of pests. The main harvest in the farm is
between May and July with the 70% of the harvest. The fly crop takes
place at the end of the year.
