| History
The farm is the best inheritance that my father gave
me. Thanks to the farm I could educate my children. I have been a grower
since I was a kid. My dream was always to have my own farm and thanks to
my father the dream came true. I live very happy in the farm with my
wife and children.
Environmental Care
Our first priority in the farm is to protect the
water sources and the native forest. We don't contaminate the water, we
take care of the fauna, and we don't cut the trees.
Coffee Processing Information
The key for quality is in the good wet milling
process of the coffee. We only pick up ripe cherries, depulping without
water and washing with fresh water, drying process is by sun exposure.
