| History
I have been a coffee grower for more than 10 years.
However our farm “la Esperanza” was an inheritance that my have got 5
years ago. Once we received the land, we started renewing the crops, and
step by step we built the house we live now. I am a grower dedicated to
my family and my farm. I like producing quality coffee.
Environmental Care
There is a natural source of fresh water in the farm
which we love, because we take the water we need from there. We don't
cut the native forest and we have a good handling of the soils. We take
good care of the nature and it is possible to see in our farm.
Coffee Processing Information
We only pick up ripe beans. Depulped process is done
in dry, fermentation takes 16 hours approximately, then we wash the
beans with fresh water. We don't mix coffee from different pickings. We
use parabolic sun driers.
