| History
Manuel has been a coffee grower as a tradition in his life. He has been dedicated to the coffee crops more than 20 years. He is married and there are three children in the family. His farm is located in the middle of the hills where the eastern plains of Colombia starts.
Environmental Care
There are many native shade trees such as guamos and also citric fruits in the farm. These trees provide a big amount of leaves which serves as organic fertilizer to the land.
Coffee Processing Information
He makes a traditional wet milling process, he only picks up the red cherries which are depulped the same day, the fermentation takes 12 hours and the drying process is done by sun exposure in parabolic driers.
