| History
Miguel Antonio Quinayas started 25 years ago as a coffee producer. All this time, he has been transfering his experience to his family, so they can keep the tradition as coffee growers as well. His farm Palonegro is the basis for his main goal: To produce a coffee with excellent quality. Day to day, he works very hard to preserve the quality of his coffee with an adequate managing of the resources of the farm.
Environmental Care
He is taking care of the environment, with good practices during the depulping and washing process of the coffee. He looks for a minimum impact in the environment.
Coffee Processing Information
He only picks ripe cherries, the wet milling process is done traditionally and the drying is done in "parabolic solar driers".
