| History
Young coffee grower, he loves the coffee and the rural life as well. He lives with his big family in the farm where he gets everything he needs for his daily life.
Environmental Care
In "La Alianza" Farm, the compromise is the daily labor. For that reason he doesn't apply chemical pesticides for the pest control or tree diseases. His permanent concern is to preserve the natural order of the things and decrease the impact of the coffee activity into the environment.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling is done by the traditional way, depulping process is done the same day of the harvest. It takes 12-20 hours of fermentation. Drying is done in patios.
