| History
I am a coffee grower per tradition. Originally I had
another farm which I sold to buy this new one, thinking in the benefit and
future of my wife and sons. I am entirely dedicated to my family and farm.
Environmental Care
6 hectares from the farm correspond to native forest
in the mountain, in this mountain born 8 small sources of fresh water which
I protect very carefully.
Coffee Processing Information
I apply chemical and organic fertilizers to the soil
twice per year. Pest control is done by cultural methods (re – re). We keep
the good practices of handling of the coffee, according to the suggestions
of the technical from the Federation of Coffee Growers. Picking up the ripe
beans, depulping without water, fermenting for 18 hours and washing with
fresh water.
