| History
I live in the farm with my wife and two daughters. I
received the farm from my mother several years ago. I am a member of a small
association we have conformed with all the coffee growers from this area.
Environmental Care
I take good care of the native forest which protects
the natural sources of fresh water. I don't keep birds or other animals
from the wildlife of the farm in captivity.
Coffee Processing Information
We depulped the coffee without wasting the water, this
is one of the ecologycal wet milling process procedures. We recycle the
water from the first washing. I follow all the instructions from the Extension
