I am the owner of the farm La Mina, which is located in the village of Veracruz in Buesaco (Nariño). All the members of my family works directly or indirectly in the farm. The men of the family works in the crops and the women help with the preparing of the meals for all the hand pickers during the harvest season.

Environmental Care

All the family is committed with the preservation of the environment. In this high altitude areas born several rivers which provided the water for the aqueducts of the different villages of the zone.

Coffee Processing Information

The farm is located in a very high region of Nariño, almost 2000 meters above sea level, so the Roya and the Broca are not present, so the produced coffee has an excellent visual presentation. The wet milling process is done in the same farm in the ecologycal way, without wastes of fresh water, depulping the same day of the harvest and drying by sun exposure.
