| History
I am a 45 years old coffee grower, since I was a child
I always was helping my father in the crops. When I grew up, I decided to
change my job and I moved to Cali, but when I was 18 years old I came back
to my village, I got married and currently we have 3 sons. All the members
of my family are involved in the processes, activities and jobs related
with the coffee culture because the are conxious of the importance of the
coffee as a way for living.
Environmental Care
In the farm we have a big biological diversity of fauna
and flora. There is also a small river which crosses all the farm and it
has native trees around it.
Coffee Processing Information
For the wet millin process, we have in the farm an ecologycal
beneficiadero, a patio with parabolic drier and a depulper in good conditions.
