| History
I have been a grower since I was a kid. My dream was
always to have my own farm and this dream came true in 1973 when I was able
to buy the farm I am living now. I live very happy in the farm with my wife
and children.
Environmental Care
My priority in the farm is to protect the water sources
and the native forest. I don’t contaminate the water, I take care of the
fauna, and I don’t cut the trees.
Coffee Processing Information
I pick healthy and ripe cherries. Cherries are depulped
using small quantities of water. Fermentation process takes around 16 hours,
then we wash with fresh water and drying process is done in parabolic driers.
