| History
I am a coffee grower per tradition, I learnt the love
to the coffee from my parents many years ago. After several years, finally
in 1997 I bought my own farm, it is located in the area of Gaitania and
I live here with my wife and children.
Environmental Care
I have been reforesting the farm with several kind of
native trees, as guamos, cámbulos and chachafrutos. The beneficiadero was
built thinking in avoiding the contamination of the natural sources of water
with the wastes from the process.
Coffee Processing Information
I pick red cherries, depulping is done the same day and
for the drying process I use a mechanical drier I bought with the effort
of my family and myself.
