| History
I come from a coffee growers family, so I think I got
the good feeling for coffee since I was a kid. Several years ago, I decided
to look for a better life in the city and I moved from my town. The consequences
were not good and I came back to my farm. Today my home is here with my
family and my crops.
Environmental Care
I do take special care of the water sources, so we don’t
contaminated them with liquid or solid wastes. We also protect the wildlife.
Coffee Processing Information
Depulping process is done in dry, fermentation takes
18 hours and we used fresh water for washing. Drying process is done in
the parabolic drier.
