| History
I am a coffee grower per tradition. I work in the farm
with my wife and my three children. I am entirely dedicated to my family
and farm.
Environmental Care
I look for the preservation of flora and fauna in the
farm. My farm is close to two sources of fresh water which all the family
protect jealously. The depulping process is done without using water. I
also use the pulp as organic fertilizer.
Coffee Processing Information
I apply chemical and organic fertilizers to the soil
twice per year. Pest control is done by cultural methods (re – re).
