Environmental Care

I have in the farm a forest reserve of 0.5 hectares, this is a protected area where the natural source of fresh water is located. All the byproducts from the farm are managed properly to avoid the contamination of the sources of water.

Coffee Processing Information

All the pest control I make in the farm is entirely cultural, I don't use pesticieds. The main harvest in the farm is between November and January with the 70% of the harvest. The fly crop takes place at the middle of the year. I only pick red cherries and depulping is done the same day.
