Lot#: 1 Ronald Monge Valverde - Cerro Paldo |
| | | Cerro Paldo The Family Monge Valverde is a family with great coffee tradition, and has transferred their knowledge from generation to generation. They have achieved through experience to improve the good practices within the coffee plantation, and optimize therefore the life utility of their coffee plants. In addition the excellence required to process mature fruit has been the key to obtain a cup of high quality. On the other hand the sustainable production system has been implemented by using vegetal covers and organic matter, instead of using agrochemicals. We are members of ASOPROAAA mill, which offers different alternatives to the associates like: the processing and commercialization of their coffees, with the purpose of improving the quality of life of its members. | |
