| | | El Cerro y Angeles Norte Carlos and Adonay are both producers with an extended coffee trajectory. From a young age, they have dedicated themselves completely to the care of their property, with high ethical values such as love for work, respect to the earth, and they take care of each one of their coffee plants like if they were one of their sons. They use sustainable practices of handling at property level, always caring for excellent nutrition of their coffee plants. In addition it is possible to emphasize that the coffee represents the main sustenance source for their families, reason why is extremely important to give special well-taken care of their coffee plantations. Carlos works 100% under shade with the Catuaí variety, and Adonay cultivates the Caturra variety. The coffees of both properties were mixed with the purpose of potentializing their characteristics. The process is: semiwashed, dry coffee totally to the sun, and with a process of special rest, it allows the coffee to acquire peculiar characteristics of the cup of the region. | |
