El Cedral
With approximately
twenty years of experience, these producers take a lot of efforts to
maintain the quality of the coffee in their property. For the control of
the weeds in the coffee plantation they use herbicides, nevertheless,
they try to use it as less as its possible, with the only purpose of
clearing them out manually . Between the shades used within the coffee
plantations they use: the guinean banana tree, poró and avocado. The
fertilization of this plantation is done every two or three times a
year.
