Hacienda Alsacia is located in a rich volcanic origin soil between Barva and Poas volcanoes in San Luis of Sabanilla, Province of Alajuela, amidst high protected forests. Every step is quality oriented from the plant selection -100% Arabica- to production which is fulfilled under optimal agro-ecological conditions. The coffee in Alsacia has the characteristics of an authentic SHB and has the latest mill technologies implanted, nevertheless traditional methods like sun drying is still a must.
