At his 72 years, Mr. Fernando lives his life minute by minute, always with his vision into the future, passionate for the earth and the work. This is how you can describe Mr. Fernando Vindas, an engineer and agronomist, where there is no day that he doesn’t admire the gifts that the earth gives to us everyday, hoping that life gives him the physical and mental strength to continue working, and to be able to take care of his cows and his coffee plants.

At the same time, he enjoys his great treasure that is his family, and very specially his four grandsons, to who he remembers the sacrifices and fights he had to face in life, in order for them to learn to love and to take care of his "matitas de coffee" ( coffee plants).

Nevertheless in the last years, the instability of the prices for coffee made him ask himself, if all the effort put in this crop was worthwhile. Economically it did not feel that it was a good business, but his passion did not allow him to end his dream. He was the one that convinced his family to give a last opportunity to his coffee plantation, betting to the quality. This way, the family took with enthusiasm the coffee plantation, becoming the axis where at the moment his family moves.
