In Santa Elena, they produce and process all their coffees, and the owner dedicates time to prepare it in a traditional way developing the characteristics in “The Cup”.

Luz Marina Trujillo, third generation from a coffee producer family has focused on the cup, developing and taking advantage of all the ingredients through the traditional practice of preparation, to bring out the characteristics put into the coffee by Mother Nature.

In brief, as the owner Luz Marina takes care of the land and the workers; the workers take care of the customer preparing the best coffee, and the customer ends up taking care of this producing family.
