Lot#: 15 Carlos Luis Rojas Salas - Rio Grande |
|
|
|
Río Grande
The Family Rojas Alvarado has grown within the coffee
activity thanks to their father, Mr. Carlos Luis Rojas Salas, who has invested
much time with care and affection to the production of the coffee of quality,
involving and stimulating their children to continue with the tradition.
Their properties are located in the surroundings of the
Avocado mounts (Montes del Aguacate) in the western region. The climate
is mild in the day but at nights there is fog in the highest parts, the
ground is watered by the small water easts, which makes it suitable to produce
excellent fruit of coffee.
These factors as well as: the quality of the earth, the
freshness of the air and the careful handling of the coffee plantations,
results in beautiful coffee cherries, strong and with much more honey. All
of this in our concept collaborates to improve the quality of the coffee
by its ecology and in harmony with the nature.
Also we have a big concern so that the coffee pickers
gather the cherries in their better state of ripeness. Only ripe fruit is
selected so only excellent quality is processed in the mil. After the coffee
is processed, is sundried in patios.
