Our beautiful farm is located in Lourdes de Cirrí de Naranjo, in the West Valley Region, to 1700 meters above sea level, where the altitude and the volcanic ground characteristics contribute to produce the highest quality coffee. This farm has been part of the family since 1989, in 2005 we decided to process all our coffee, by our selves, and step by step we were improving the mill equipment. Our secret, is to pick ripe cherries up, drying it at the sun in African beds moving it constantly, getting in this way the optimum humidity percent for each bean, which makes it perfect to compete with the best coffees of the world. On the other hand the pulp and the mucilage are specially treated to become it in organic fertilizer which prepares the land for the next harvest.
