Lot#: 3 Luís Paulo Bonilla Solis - La Loma |
LA LOMA
The farm is located between 1,500 and 1,950 of altitude; therefore it is a SHB (strictly hard bean) with influence of the Pacific side, which offers special characteristics to the coffee such as fragrance and sweet chocolate aroma, fine acidity, good body and the exclusive flavor of Tarrazú. The handling of the farm it is in charge by the same family, which allows us be more meticulous in the ground care, plantations and varieties of coffee. All of this represents the added value and allows us to set up the basis and consider the idea to become from coffee producers, to millers and exporters and thus to constitute an own benefit type "Estate Coffee" (that means: Coffee produced in the own farm)
