The Amapola Farm is located in Llano Bonito, Naranjo, covered by volcanic ground. Caturra is the coffee variety seeded on the farm. Don Alvaro Rojas and his family have worked in the coffee industry for many years. Mr. Rojas, works the farm within children under the sustainability concept.

The Mirador Farm, is located in Cirrí de Naranjo, covered by volcanic ground. The Caturra and Catuai varieties are seeded on this farm. Mr. Olman Aguilera represents the third generation of coffee growers, and along with their brothers, the have developed the activity. The coffee of this farm grows under trees shades and below environmental sustainability.
