This farm belongs to one of the 6 partners of Beneficio Ecológico Puente Tarrazú, which is located in Santa Cruz, León Cortéz, in the Tarrazú Region, at 1600meters above sea level. Before the seedtime, the land is prepared and analyzed; then the best plants are chosen with the purpose of obtaining an excellent harvest and get the best profile of cup. The coffee plantations are care with friendly measures with the nature, trees shades are used in the farm as control of plagues system, during harvesting season only ripe fruit is collected. Throughout the milling process of the coffee, the people in charged, take the maximum care to obtain a clean product with excellent characteristics, being always maintained the necessary humidity, in order to get the flavors and aromas that distinguish a good coffee.
