This farm was constituted by Mr. Camilo Gamboa in the early 18th century. Currently it is managed by Don Guido Gamboa, and now a day the farm has cultivated the Caturra Coffee variety, and Poró, orange, pines and banana tree are used to bring shade to the farm. Chemical and organic fertilizers are used three times per year. At time of harvest it is requested to collect only ripe coffee. In the property the conservation of the nature and the hydric river sink are specially promoted.
