Lot#: 2 Manuel Barrantes R. - Fuego |
| | | | Overview This micro mill and company was born about 3 years ago and there creators are: Jaime Cárdenas Rojas, Maibel Barrantes Zúñiga y Kattia Barrantes Zúñiga. Its mission was to mill and process their own coffees obtaining a better quality and value for their members as well as for the entire community, all of these because of the dedication and special treatment that the coffee receives. When we talk about quality, we talked about taking care of every detail of the process since the harvest of the mature fruit to the milling, which we do by a dry milling process which give us a cleaner coffee. The drying process is 100% by sun over African beds obtaining a cleaner coffee with a very special cup that would amazed some of the most demanding cuppers of the world. Procesadora de Café Sin Límites has participated since the first Costa Rican Cup of Excellence and every year has been among the finalists of this recognized event. | |
