History
He started cultivating Coffee in 1970, and established its own coffee farm in 2001 with a 3 Mz area of production; in addition to this he cultivates Basic Crops (Corn and Beans). He is affiliated with the Organizacion Gremial AHPROCAFE, and he is an Independent Coffee Producer.

Environmental Care
Within the Productive Unit there exists a diversity of Birds, Squirrels, Pisotes, Tepezcuintles, Parrots, Chachas, Guatusas, Sprocket wheels; Also there are a variety of Trees predominating the Guama, Capulín, Mozote, and Cedar.

Coffee Process Information
Fertilization:
He fertilizes once a year with a Special Coffee Formula in the month of May
Disease and Pest Control: He makes sanitary pruning, period of Harvest from February to June
Harvesting: Handpicking of ripe grains of Coffee begins in January and finishes in March.
Pulping and Fermentation: It takes the pulp of without water, with the machine in its optimum state, the fermentation process happens in 18 hours, the washing is done with clean water and its done 4 times, the Coffee is sold In humid parchment condition. Transported from his Property to the “Exportadora San Vicente” located in Peña Blanca by Vehicle, taking 30 minutes.
