History My grandfather Felipe Garcia, began seedtime of coffee in 1925, exported
to Germany through El Salvador, transporting it in mules to the port of
La Union, my father Arsaces Garcia seeded in 1940, my daughter Marysabel
Caballero has been winner of the first places of the Cup of Excellence and
Contract Q in Honduras
Quality Practices We made ground samplings, later we fertilized at the beginning of rains,
the harvest begins at the end of December, collecting only mature coffee,
giving and benefiting the coffee the same day. We have special well-taken
care of in the pulp removing, washing, drying and storing of the coffee,
using good practices in this process in order to conserve the quality of
the coffee.
Environmental Care Within the animal species there can be seen: deer, rabbits, wild cats,
armadillos, pisote, tepezcuincle, guatusas, and tacuazin. There are also
many types of birds such as: gualchocas, lion bird, guarda barrancos , codornizes
and others.
Coffee Process Information Fertilization: During the last few years no chemical fertilization
has been done. Bio-fertilizers produced in the same farm are the only ones

using sanitary traps, prunings, regulation of shade and control of weeds Harvesting: It is harvested with local manual labor, collecting
single mature coffee, the beginning of harvest is at the end of December Pulping and Fermantation: The pulp is removed in an ecological
way with horizontal pulp removers, the pulp removers are in optimal conditions. Drying:In patios until 40% of humidity, it
is finished drying in Guardiolas Dryers until arriving at 12% of humidity
