Yaruchel
History Small producer, resident in the community of Yaruchel, municipality
of Belen Gualcho department of Ocotepeque, Honduras, Central America. In
general the view is very interesting offering an attractive landscape that
pleases the travelers heading to the main city where a historical monument
such as a catholic temple is located; It was constructed during the Spanish
conquest. Timoteo Hernandez, at the moment is organized in a group of producers,
with the objective of constituting itself legally in an organizational structure.
Quality Practices Its harvest was processed with the rigorous cares that the clean beneficiary
of the coffee demands.
Environmental Care Always taking care of not to contaminating the atmosphere with the pulp
and by-products of the coffee, the pulp is incorporated to the coffee plantation
at the same moment that it is obtained; the waters remaining from the washing
are kept in a small sink and are used for the irrigation of the familiar
orchard.
Coffee Process Information Fertilization: It has a rich argillaceous frank ground in Organic

January and finish in June. This task is performed by skillful men and woman. Pulping and Fermantation: Takes the pulp of on dry. Drying: The coffee was dried in screens under the
concept of solar dryers dome typed.
