History
Victor Peres was born 46 years ago, from a coffee producing family. Married to Maria Arcenia Hernandez, and has 8 children with her (5 daughters and 3 sons).

In 1990 Victor co-founder a coffee producer’s coop named COMISAMIL. Last few years, he has been a regular and successful participant in coffee competitions like COE. Due mainly to these activities, he gained with the years of positive results for him, and above all a better way of life for his family.

Coffee Process Information
Fertilization: Special coffee fertilizing formula, soon after rainy season start.
Disease and Pest Control: Integral agricultural system and management of plagues.
Harvesting: Handpicking of ripe grains of Coffee begins in January and finish in June. This task is performed by skillful men and woman.
Pulp and Fermentation: Compact depulping system, concrete piles for coffee fermentation. Coffee quality selection during washing.
Drying: Solar dryers, final selection of quality by the family.
