Overview
I am David Ariel Lovo Gutierrez, bachelor in Zootecnia, I am 50 years
old, I have 4 brother and 3 children, one of my brothers and I are dedicate
100% to coffee production. I feel proud to represent the region of Nueva
Segovia for the second time in the Cup of Excellence.
Since I was little boy I inherited the knowledge of coffee production
from my father, Joaquin Lovo. Until today I consider myself a “Man with
my boots well placed ”
The farm “La Pradera” is located in Dipilto Nueva Segovia, it has a privileged
location because of height, the climate and forests which contribute to
the harvest, also the excellent work that we developed along with the workers
allows us to have an excellence product. In spite of the loss of time during
the war I have been dedicated to the progress of our coffee since 1990.
I have the hope that the national and international buyer value the quality
of the coffee from Dipilto Nueva Segovia. This will motivate us to continue
producing excellent coffee. I encourage myself to continue participating
in the contest of the Cup of Excellence because it is an opportunity to
continue demonstrating the quality that we are able to produce in our earth
from Nueva Segovia.
