Monte Cristo is a Coffee Farm that has belonged to our family for over 100 years, I am the third generation, my Grandfather Manuel Fiallos started the Coffee plantations and since then the family has continued this tradition. The farm was inherited by Luz Adilia Fiallos (my mother) and I have been working in the farm for at least 40 years. Aside from growing coffee we also have cattle. We are a Roman Catholic family who respects every all other religions, we maintain great communication and work closely with our communities and other neighbor farms. We have been working to improve the sustainability of our farm in the areas of protecting the environment, such as water and biodiversity in our farm.

Our farm is 100% organic, we have good practices in soil conservation and preservation and no contamination. Due to the being a winner in the cup of excellence I find it will help us do more for our farm as well for our employees.
