In the mountain roads of Madriz, after Telpaneca, we find the José
Alfredo Zeledón Cooperative, which gathers many small producers. They
have organized themselves under this figure, in order to solve the
problems of their community. This cooperative is form like many others, by individuals that know
no other profession but to grow coffee and are passionate about it, it
is something that has been passed from generation to generation. The
process is done manually between the months of November to March. We
ensure great quality by ensuring that only the red bean is picked, a
depulper well regulated, roads in great shape, being very careful in the
fermentation period and the use of clean water throughout. Number of employees in farm:
