Overview
I was born in San Antonio and inherited a lot from my father and I
also purchased new lots. I have 35 years of being a coffee producer, I
decided to produce coffee that is a very underappreciated and has helped
me earn my living. My parents were farmers I continued with the
tradition I have inherited my kids love to work.
I'm always checking the coffee picking, the wet milling process and
send the coffee to the dry mill and never store it to prevent
fermentation and use good water.
I feel very happy because my efforts are paid off, and feel relieved
that now I can make more improvements in the farm, which I haven’t had
the opportunity to make the due to the hard economic situation
