The Cup of Excellence International jury made up of cuppers from nine (9) countries started deliberation on the best samples of the 2004 competition on Monday.

The cupping which is being held in San Pedro Sula at the Princess Hotel will culminate in an awards ceremony to be held Friday the 28th at the Intercontinental Hotel. Already the cuppers are finding some great coffees with sweet acidity, good balance, floral notes and persistent and unique flavor profiles.

Honduras is a country of various micro climates and it is expected that there will be many surprise winners.
